How fast will my package be shipped?
We ship 99% of all orders within 24 business hours. (EXCEPTION: LAST TWO WEEKS OF DECEMBER, will be running within 48 hours) If your order is held, it is due to a problem with the payment, the shipping address or for some other unforseen reason.
Premium service such as OVERNIGHT, 2nd DAY AIR, 3 DAY SELECT will have priority handling in our warehouse. Orders must be placed by 2pm eastern standard time (east coast) for the same day shipping of the Next day, Second Day, or Three day Select packages

What are my Shipping options and how is it calculated?
Shipping and Handling are calculated by weight of the product you are purchasing. Upon checkout, and throughout the ordering process, the shipping rates will/can be quoted to you. Before checking out, there is a button at the bottom of the page for shipping rates. Upon checkout, your shipping rate will be quoted automatically. You will be able to select your level of shipping service based on your requirements at that time.
HomeGame Poker Company ships via USPS and UPS. Service levels available are GROUND, 3 Day Select, 2ND DAY AIR, and ONE DAY RED SERVICE. First Class Mail and Priority Mail are available for very light merchandise. homegamepoker.com reserves the right to substitute an equivelent carrier at the same service level.
International customers are limited to use INTERNATIONAL UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS or CANADA STANDARD.

What are my payment options?

Can I have my Package Delivered Tomorrow?
Our orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.
If you need to have your order processed immediately, we offer RUSH processing. All you need to do is select a premium shipping service upon checkout. This would be Overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select by UPS. Your order will automatically go the front of the orders for expedited processing.
There is no ADDITIONAL fee for this service, only the charge UPS has applied.
For shipments required the next day, be sure to call a Customer Service Representative to ensure your order goes out the same day []. All Overnight shipment requests placed before 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. You will receive your package the next day (not including weekends). UPS DOES NOT WORK ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
*Same day processing means that your package will ship on the same day you place the order. It will still take 1-5 days for your order to arrive, depending on shipping method selected (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, etc...).

Do you accept INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
HomeGame Poker Company wants the international community to enjoy the pricing we have to offer.
To keep costs low, HomeGame Poker Company will only accept payment from international customers in the form of a certified Money Order. Certified money orders can be obtained from your local postal center, American Express Service Centers, Western Union Service Centers to name a few.

Can I add my initials to Poker Chips?
Yes, you can customize your initials on Poker Chips. These chips can be hot stamped with up to three characters. They will be stamped on both sides. For special requests, such as dollar denominations of other requests, please call customer service.
